Safe & Timely Return & Refund Policy Across India Skinosense

At Skinosense, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets high quality standards. Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are limited and accepted only under specific conditions.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product expired or nearing expiry at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof such as unboxing video or clear images must be shared

Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or opened products
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (we recommend patch testing before use)

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting your bank details.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
